Neesh ("Neesh," "we," "us," or "our") operates a two-sided online marketplace consisting of the Neesh app for clients ("Clients"), the Neesh Team app for independent beauty professionals ("Artists"), and the Neesh website (together, the "Platform"). The Platform connects Clients with Artists who offer in-person services such as makeup, hair, nails, lashes and brows, skin care, massage and wellness, and related services. The legal entity operating Neesh is NEESH LLC, located at 300 S Beverly Dr, Suite 203, Beverly Hills, CA 90212, USA. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
Neesh provides the technology that allows Clients to discover Artists, book appointments, and pay for services, and that allows Artists to list services, manage bookings, and receive payouts. Artists are independent professionals and are not employees or agents of Neesh. Neesh does not provide beauty or art services itself and is not a party to the service relationship between a Client and an Artist, except as the facilitator of booking and payment.
Clients can book a specific Artist directly or start a matching request that notifies nearby Artists, from whom the Client chooses. Service prices are shown in US dollars (USD) before the Client confirms. To use certain features (such as matching), Clients save a payment card on file. After the appointment, the Artist issues an in-app invoice for the services provided, which the Client pays in the app; Clients may also add an optional tip. Cancellation and no-show fees, where they apply under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, may be charged to the Client's saved card. Neesh uses Stripe as its third-party payment processor; by paying through the Platform you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms. Neesh acts as the platform of record for the transaction: Neesh collects payment from the Client, retains its commission, and remits the balance to the Artist via Stripe Connect.
Neesh charges Artists a standard commission of 20% of the value of each completed booking, applied to the invoice at the time it is issued. The commission may be reduced through Neesh's Artist loyalty tiers. Tips go to the Artist. Payment-processing fees charged by Stripe may apply. Neesh may change its fees prospectively with reasonable notice.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before booking.
Parts of the Platform use automation: matching requests are ranked in part by AI-based scoring of how well an Artist's profile fits the request, and the in-app support chat may be answered by an AI assistant, which can look up and — with your confirmation in the conversation — create, change, or cancel your bookings. A human support team member can also read and answer support conversations, and you can always ask for a human.
Clients may submit reviews and other content. You grant Neesh a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute content you submit in connection with the Platform. Content must be honest, lawful, and free of abusive, defamatory, or infringing material. Neesh may remove content that violates these Terms.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Neesh does not warrant the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Artists, the truth or accuracy of listings, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neesh disclaims all implied warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neesh and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Platform or from services provided by an Artist. Neesh's total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of the fees Neesh received in connection with the transaction at issue or US $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neesh and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or, for Artists, the services you provide.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. Neesh may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for the community or for Neesh.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
